Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown at checkout. The final total, including shipping charges (if any) and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers through Shopify Checkout, using encryption. anadesks does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Your order is confirmed once your payment has been successfully authorized. You will receive an order confirmation email. Your card is charged at the time the order is placed.
If your payment is declined or an error occurs at checkout, please check your card details and billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card issuer, or contact us and we will help.
To protect our customers and our store, we may review orders and may verify your identity, billing details or payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for return conditions and timing. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the refund on your statement.
